Easy Exchange Policy
We at Erum Dw pret hope you love our products just as much as we do but in case you’re unhappy with anything you have received from our store, then we can help with the size exchange only and no return or cash back .
Incase if a damage simply send us a mail on assist.erumdw@gmail.com or contact on our whtasapp +91-9111000578 withing 24 hours of receiving parcel. you will need to send a video of you opening the parcel and showing the damaged product along with several images in case of damage ( if video seems edited in any way or unopened packet is not shown fully it will be rejected) .
we will be happy to process the exchange of same new product for you. We provide margins in our outfits for any urgent fit issues that need to be resolved .
If size exchange is required the return shipping will be done at your expenses via reputed courier brand.
Since we are a made to order basis brand we are unable to provide a return however we can help you out with any alternate resolution towards your purchase . incase of fit issues you can contact us on +91-9111000578 and we will get back to you with any possible solutions however it will require time .
Your request for return / exchange should be received within 24 hours and your dress should be received by us within 4-5 days along with the courier slip proof with dispatch date on it.
The items should be unused and unwashed with original packaging and tags in place. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Process of Exchange Request -
1. email us on assist.erumdw@gmail.com or whatsapp on +91-9111000578 to place an exchange request.
2. Dispatch the product from any reputed or well known courier service.
3. After dispatch please share booking receipt with order ID, contact number ,email ID and new size or measurements on assist.erumdw@gmail.com
4. The exchanged product will be dispatched by us . The shipping cost will be added to that package as COD so you will be required to pay that once you receive the package.
Process of Return Request -

2. Dispatch the product from any reputed or well known courier service.
3. After dispatch please share booking receipt with order ID, contact number, email ID and reason for return on assist.erumdw@gmail.com
4. Once the product is received by us, we will dispatch the replaced product . Incase the same article isn't available with us we will issue a store credit of the same amount that can be used from a coupon code . These credits can be redeemed against any future purchase from our website within 90 days.
Eligibility for Successful Return/Exchange
The product must be sent out from the customers end with the original brand label, article number, un-detached price tag and complete packaging within 4-5 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style.
Upon examination, the product must be unused, undamaged and should be in original condition. It is also vital that the product does not possess any stains, scratches, tears or rips to initiate a exchange.
in case of return due to unavailability of same product a Store credit will issued which will be valid for 90 Days. If you are unable to use the store credit and have lapsed, the store credit will not be issued again.
All products will be dry clean only.
Only one time exchange is available.
No discount or promos apply on store credits.
If your dress is stolen or missing during the transit we are not responsible and we can't reimburse or refund any amount.
We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.
