Easy Returns/Exchange Policy

We at Erum Dw pret hope you love our products just as much as we do but in case you’re unhappy with anything you have received from our store, then we can help with the size exchange only and no cash back returns.

simply send us a mail on  or contact on our whtasapp +91-9111000578 withing 24 hours of receiving parcel. you will need to send a video of you opening the parcel and showing the damaged product along with several images in case of damage ( if video seems edited in any way it will be rejected) . we will be happy to process the exchange for you. We provide margins in our outfits & you can also approach us for size confirmation so no issues arise. The exchange will be done at your expenses via reputed courier brand.
Your request for return / exchange should be received within 24 hours and your dress should be received within 4-5 days.

The items should be unused and unwashed with original packaging and tags in place. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

4. Once the product is received by us, we will dispatch the replaced product . Incase the same article isn't available with us we will issue a store credit of the same amount that can be used from a coupon code . These credits can be redeemed against any future purchase from our website within 90 days.

Eligibility for Successful Return/Exchange
The product must be sent out from the customers end with the original brand label, article number, un-detached price tag and complete packaging within 5 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style.
Upon examination, the product must be unused, undamaged and should be in original condition. It is also vital that the product does not possess any stains, scratches, tears or rips to initiate a exchange.incase of return due to damaged product you will be required to send images of the damage and once verified we will exchange that product with a new same product .

Store credit will be valid for 90 Days. If you are unable to use the store credit and have lapsed, the store credit will not be issued again.

All products will be dry clean only.

No discount or promos apply on store credits.
If your dress is stolen or missing during the transit we are not responsible and we can't reimburse or refund any amount.
